How early do I need to list my LIVE course?
The calendar is manually updated twice per month. Please list your LIVE course up to three months before the event, but no sooner than two weeks. Listings will be removed after their event date has passed.
How long does an ON-DEMAND course listing remain on the calendar?
You may leave your on-demand listing up as long as your course is active. As we get more listings we will sort them into categories to make them easier to search.
What if I made an error in my listing?
Because of the labor involved in creating this listing, you will need to pay for and submit another listing. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT IS ACCURATE. We do not offer refunds for calendar listings.
How do you get people to see your calendar?
We are continually adding subscribers to our twice-monthly newsletter and promote our calendar on social media. We invite you to share the calendar link in your social media, website, and newsletters as well. A rising tide lifts all ships and we at the Academy believe in abundance. There truly are enough students for all teachers and collaboration (not competition) is our mode of operation.
Can you spotlight my course in your newsletter?
Newsletter listings include class title with a link to your signup page, date (if class is live), teacher name, and a very short description. The newsletter also points people to the calendar listing for more information.
